Friendly staff, in particular Gabriel and Noah in valet services. There was another young guy who was terrific as well.

We like the location as much of downtown Charleston is accessible to walk. We also liked the style of the furnishings and efficient use of the space.

Everything, modern room amenities, staff, service, and location. Having a mini kitchen in the room was great. Although the room was of a smaller size, it was very functional.

Perfect location ! Clean, the beds were so comfortable. I loved it !! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and the decor was so chic!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and responded quickly when our safe was not working. (needed batteries) The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel is really lovely.
